It's been a while...I know

So, my birthday is in 10 days...kinda scary to think that 10 days from now, I won't be a teenager anymore, lol. Ah well, that's life.

I decided I'd update everyone about my exciting life and what's been happening in it. I returned from an AMAZING tour with the Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps on the 14th. We brought home the gold and are World Champs! In the end, all of our hard work definitely paid off. Although I sadly left that season with some doubt in my heart...not for what I did, but it was upsetting to see how such teamwork could fall apart so quickly after the medal was placed around our necks.

Anyhow...I got home and finished packing for IUP, leaving that Tuesday after I got my hair done. I arrived Tuesday night and relaxed until the morning when auditions and mini-camp started. We started out with 21 people, but in the next day, 5 quit. That guaranteed spots for everyone since there were 18 spots opened.
It's now the second day of band camp and I'm in my dorm because we have "Church break"...even though he lets us out around 10:30 (after services start for the church I go to), so I enjoy the time I have in my dorm hanging out with my roomie :)

I don't really know what else to write right now...although I do really miss my floor crew people...and the showers are very lonely...but I will continue to update everyone on my life! ^_^
